Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,000 + Commission + $800 Car Allowance
Commission: Approximately $3,000 per deal, uncapped, 1 to 3% of each gross invoice
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Singapore market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the welding industry or related technical sales.
- Strong understanding of welding machines, components, and accessories to shipyards, marine, petrochemical, and aerospace sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
