We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver projects for our key clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of managing complex IT projects from start to finish. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget, and within-scope project delivery.
What you will do:
- Understand and address client needs by delivering services tailored to their requirements.
- Lead project planning by working with clients and internal teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Track project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Identify and address technical risks to ensure the integrity of the project.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex concepts into clear, understandable terms.
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables by adhering to technical standards and best practices.
Performance Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in IT project manager with client facing role.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems.
Educations / Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management is preferred.
