Job Responsibilities:
You will report to the Business Unit Manager and be responsible for establishing partnerships with both current and potential clients, as well as identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings and grow the business. Your specific duties will include:
- Developing, monitoring, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business.
- Crafting compelling proposals and engaging in direct sales efforts to build enduring client relationships.
- Creating action plans to meet sales objectives and actively promoting the downstream business capabilities to prospective clients.
- Leveraging your sales skills and technical service knowledge to sell various product lines and explore cross-selling opportunities across different business areas, such as:
- Petroleum cargo testing
- Inspection services
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in sales within the Oil and Gas industry or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated high-level sales and business acumen.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
