Position: Test Technician (Mechanical); 12 months Renewable Contract
Venue: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-530pm
Summary:
Responsible for performing mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
•Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings.
•Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
•May perform equipment modifications as directed by test engineers.
•Collaborate with company TMs for collection of parts from Fab decon room
•Dismantling of parts from the assemblies and pack to send to external vendor for cleaning
•Perform assemblies cleaning in chemical hood
•Cleaning of metal parts using chemical (10/90 IPA) and DI water
•Assemblies rebuild
•Testing for rebuild parts through Helium leak test and Testing station (valves)
•Perform daily PM on working areas and dispose of scrapped parts and solvent waste
•Pack rebuild parts and print out labels before MatReturn or return to end user
•Check inventory, update Engineer if need to restock 4Update daily activities in tracking system (share point)
Requirements:
•Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent related field or experience is preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing field will be prefer.
•Work accordingly to SOP, training will be given.
