Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary: $2800 - $3000
Working Location: Tagore Lane
Working Hours: 5 days, 8.30am – 6pm
OBJECTIVES: Responsible to execute marketing strategy to promote and create awareness to target audience. Provide support to Franchisee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales (Franchise Support)
· Implement franchise expansion plans
· Provide training support to franchisee centres by attending to enquiries and conducting presentation (e.g. Parent’s Seminar Talk) whenever require
· Handle and resolve general feedback/complaints from operators/parents of franchisee centres and provided solutions for operators/parents to ensure customer satisfactions
· Responsible to guide and provide support with franchisee to ensure the business are running efficiently
· Manage the franchisee audit with Senior Manager and Training Supervisor annually
· Act as the main liaison coordinator to organize the event
Marketing
· Support the Senior Manager in any PR, marketing or branding exercise.
· Support the Senior Manager in scheduling marketing calendar and budget.
· Conceptualize strategies and execute initiatives covering media and advertising campaigns.
· Plan, execute and manage content and events on social media channels such as Facebook, Tiktok ,Instagram, Twitter and Youtube
· Manage the production from writing, proofreading and liaising with suppliers of all marketing related collaterals including posters, brochures and newsletters.
· To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand and industry trends
· Responsible for updating content and maintenance on the company’s website.
Others
· Support in organizing company’s event
· Any other duties as assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications/Training
· Minimum Diploma holder in Marketing or related discipline.
· Digital/Capcut/Video Editing
Experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in related areas
· Prior experience in market research experience will be an advantage
Knowledge/Skills
· Proficient in using website content management system and software to create graphics
· Strong written communication skills
