Job Scope:
As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the line departments in their transformation journey to achieve their objectives. You will also be part of the team to strategise and execute the tactical plans of the client's Strategic Workforce Plan, which include organisation design to build a competent and resilient workforce that is aligned to the organisational directions and the external reality.
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate all the HR functions so as to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Deliver HR solutions and strategies, such as organisation design, that are aligned to achieve the strategic objectives of the line departments
- Partner the HR policy teams to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies
- Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach, including the coordination/support of interviews and postings
- Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys
- Attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders
- Handle procurement paperwork for HR services and projects
- Review and streamline work processes
- Drive employer branding initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Partnering function
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff
- Able to work independently and is a good team player with strong drive and dedication
- Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and has a flair for numbers and statistics
Contract Period: 6 months
Location: Scotts Road
Salary: $19 to $22/hour
