Job Description & Requirements
- Respond to sales inquiries from new customers
- Handle customer requests regarding sales details and communications
- Coordination with sales and production team
- Assist in providing effective solution that fit clients’ requirement.
- Prepare quotation, and processing order
- Follow up with for payment and shipment confirmation.
- Arrange delivery or installation
- Handle walk in customer when required
- Other adhoc work assigned by manager
- 5 Working Days (8am to 6pm)
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Patient and helpful to assist customer on their inquiries
- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
