Assist in daily bread baking and production
Prepare cruffins & croissant cubes
Prepare twice baked croissants and sandwiches
Cook ganache, boil potatoes, etc
Prepare fillings such as cream cheese filling, almond frangipane etc
Bake cookies such as almond florentine, milo cornflakes etc
Long term - to learn mixing and frozen dough
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations
Any other duties as required by the Company
