As the Investor Relations and Growth Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all marketing communications and strategies, leading initiatives to enhance brand presence and market penetration, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing operations.
You will be looking to develop deal marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns to build the company’s brand and drive conversions on our platform across the region. You will develop initiatives to create awareness of our products and services and drive qualified traffic to our marketplace. You will deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
You will develop and execute client and community engagement programs, strategizing and managing client interaction channels. You will be looking to employ a variety of campaigns around organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, cold prospecting, EDM marketing, events, with performance analysis.
You will be involved in the optimization of sales and marketing processes through lead analysis and segmentation, direct and produce all marketing materials, from websites and pitch decks to hard copy brochures.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; preferably in the finance / fintech sector. Experience in the finance industry, in particular private wealth management and investment banking, is a bonus.
- Strong experience with digital marketing, with a good understanding of marketing analytics.
- Skilled at project management and managing timelines, delivery to clients
- Experience in dealing with and managing third party agencies
- Adept at managing client communications and queries.
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in writing and presentations
- Good copywriting skills required
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
