Position: Sales Director
Salary: S$16000 - S$19000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and penetrate key markets.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with existing clients and engage potential clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research market trends and competitor activities to find new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure them.
- Manage Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring all activities are tracked using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with marketing to create and execute campaigns and materials that support sales objectives, providing market and customer feedback.
- Prepare and Present Sales Reports: Compile and analyze sales data to monitor performance and present detailed reports to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in management roles within the international trading sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, demonstrating leadership and operational excellence.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with clients and partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within limited time frames.
- Familiarity with Singapore's business environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
