- Basic Salary up to $3,000 with yearly increment based on performance.

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Officer located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for handles phone-manning, data entry, and record keeping, providing the best solutions or alternatives to complaints. Also, you need to work closely with the operations department and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• To converse well in both English and Chinese (to speak with Chinese-speaking clients)
• Possesses IT knowledge
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
