Job Responsibilities
- Secretary for DIC MC and PSM committee
- Attend Apex, AIC monthly safety committee meetings
- Lead JCC on RED SOP
- Conduct routine site inspection (STOP,RC,FRCP,CM)
- Lead incident investigation
- Verify and approve permit to work system
- Conduct safety briefing and visitor briefing
- Lead internal audit and coordinate MRM and external audit
- Lead OD assessment for MSP,MBM & NSR and participate in all other assessment
- Prepare and submit Fire Certificate renewal
- Coordinate and conduct CERT audit and Emergency evacuation drills
- Coordinate in all safety promotions, seminars and safety talks
- Conduct safety trainings (STOP,RC,JCC,CM)
- Attend toolbox meetings and communication sessions and share safety topics
- Review top risk procedures
- Ensure legal compliance as stipulated in WSH & Fire Safety Act, Subsidiary Regulations and Approved Code of Practices
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Safety related fields, MOM registered WSHO, SCDF registered FSM, develop Risk Management Implementation plan (bizSAFE level 2), Lifting Safety Supervisor Course, Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry, Work at Height Supervisor/ Manage Work at Height and OHSAS/ ISO45K & ISO14K Internal Auditor
- Minimum 5 years in construction, manufacturing, oil & petrochemical or shipyard
- Competent WSH Officer and FSM familiar with WSH & Fire Safety Act and Subsidiary Regulations
- Strong initiative, assertive with good analytical and effective communication skills
- Building relationships and capable of influencing people

- Able to multi-risk
