Job Description

  • Responsible for regional Product Launch Planning. To inform and align cross-functional regional teams of the latest global launch plans and activity, and to consolidate and submit APAC requests back into the central launch planning process. Responsible for ensuring that APAC region has a ‘voice’ within the central launch strategy decision process.
  • Product communications: Ensure all product information is shared timely with stakeholders (internal/external) in line with Launch Planning Strategy. This includes responsibility product support to other Lamborghini APAC functions.
  • Options / Ad Personam Targets tracking on a monthly basis the progress towards yearly Options / Ad Personam Targets and together with the Sales Teams, develop plans to improve results. Together with the Sales Advisor and the Central Ad Personam team, support the dealers / customers to meet their individualization requirements and define quotations.
  • Homologation / CO2 / Emissions / Tax structure steering. Ensure all APAC tax and legislation platforms are always up to date. Support the central Certification and Homologation team, and leverage the Group initiatives when possible to ensure vehicles are launched on time and smoothly in APAC. This includes monitoring closely the evolution of regulations such as C6/Single Vehicle Limits/CO2/NOx etc.
  • Pricing In conjunction with the Central Strategy and Pricing Team implement Pricing in all local markets to support wholesales and retails.
  • Connected Car supporting the Global introduction of Connected Car features for Lamborghini in APAC region and ensure the relevant platforms are in place for the introduction of future connected car services in the future. Define connectivity customer needs for APAC customers. Develop charging strategy in APAC
  • Limited Editions Together with the headquarters and closely working with Ad Personam, sales and Aftersales functions, develop Limited Editions / Product actions in order to diversify product mix and generate sales. This includes working directly with dealers to support dealer Limited Edition requests where applicable.
  • Managing and keeping update the VIP customer list and define the activity/allocations for VIP, ie event with VIP participation, one off/few off allocation. For few off cars define the car configuration with VIP customer and dealer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Economy/Marketing
  • With 5 years in Product and/or Marketing in luxury automotive industry
  • Intercultural understanding – Customer orientation
  • Good planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of foreign languages; e.g. Italian, to collaborate with HQ and partners
