They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Sales Manager with expertise in air treatment and dehumidification solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s air treatment and dehumidification products in SEA region.
- Own full P&L responsibility and drive key functions including sales, service, administration, strategic planning, forecasting, and compliance
- Understand customer needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and driving sales to meet targets.
- Monitor competitor landscape and conduct market profiling to support sales strategies and identify potential market segments and buyer profiles.
- Engage with customers, follow up on leads, and support client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Develop and implement sales targets and plans, create sales opportunities, and close sales through negotiation and follow-up actions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, explain technical nuances of solutions, and handle technical inquiries and requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales and business reports, and relay feedback from buyers to improve sales strategies and performance.
- Facilitate the use of technologies and contribute to continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred with HVAC or related field with more than 10 years of Sales and Engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years of regional experience in similar capacity
- Having a good working relationship with end-users and consultants will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
