Job Responsibilities:


  • Attend clients' enquiries via walk in / phone / email;
  • Follow up of sales related matters, including documentation;
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure payment;
  • Maintain good filing, mailing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Candidates with working experience in administration and/or sales coordination/ sales support
  • Detailed and organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Shipping experience will be an advantage.
