Position: Customer Service Associate, Call Centre
Salary: $2,200 - $3,200 + Shift Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to address caller's inquiries.
- Book or reschedule appointments based on the caller's request.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to the hotline, including managing emails, processing referral requests, and activating emergency protocols.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution of caller's requests.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling.
- Candidates who possess relevant experience in the call centre environment will be added advantages.
- Bubbly and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
