Position: Hair Care Specialist
Salary: $1,800 - $2,600 + Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
Location: Multiple Location
Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their hair and scalp conditions.
- Utilize specialized analysis techniques to identify concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, building long-term relationships and fostering loyalty to the brand.
- Manage phone calls and appointment scheduling efficiently, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE “O” Level and equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the hair care and beauty industry.
- Good knowledge of hair and scalp health, including common concerns and treatment methods will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and build rapport.
