Role
To ensure the cleanliness of all cutlery and dishwashing at YWCA Fort Canning.
Key Responsibilities
· Burnish and remove stain from all silver/copperwares.
· Empty the garbage bins, bottles and boxes from the kitchen.
· Clean the heating cabinets and trolleys.
· Prepares the utensils needed for functions, including setting and clearing of tables before and after functions.
· Wash the dishes during and after the functions
· Clear the crush-ice and water after lunch/dinner from the buffet counter daily.
· Drains away the water from bain-marie for cleaning, refilling water above the clement in buffet counter.
· Stores all equipment in the right place after each function.
· Arranges the silver and glassware and mop the store room.
· Performs all miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Steward Supervisor and the Management staff.
