About Us:

We are a Singapore-based subsidiary of a joint venture of TOPPAN Holdings Inc., a Japanese pioneer in printing technologies and a leading supplier of high-quality Flip Chip Ball Grid Array (FC-BGA) substrates and Broadcom Inc., a global technology leader specializing in semiconductor design, enterprise software, and security solutions. We are the first factory in Singapore to pioneer the manufacturing of high-end FC-BGA substrates used in cutting-edge semiconductor products such as network switches and artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) devices.

Job Description:

The Manager, Manufacturing oversees facility operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role involves strategizing to meet production goals, managing resources like personnel and equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards. The manager coordinates with other departments to streamline operations, leads continuous improvement initiatives, monitors performance metrics, manages budgets, and ensures regulatory compliance. Additionally, they foster a culture of teamwork and innovation within the manufacturing team.

Remarkable impacts that you will make:

• Assistant to HOD: Collaborate on improvement plans for manufacturing and summarize in reports.
• Production Management: Oversee production schedules, materials management, and monitor KPIs for output, yield, and quality.
• Factory Automation and Capacity Improvement: Implement and enhance automation plans, and strategize to boost production capacity and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance and Cost Reduction: Ensure compliance with quality standards, reduce defects, and develop cost-lowering strategies.
• Work Environment and Facility Troubleshooting: Improve safety and hygiene, address facility issues, and guide shift leaders effectively.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Qualifications: Degree in business or high school diploma, with experience in manufacturing roles being advantageous.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (IATF, ISO), Environmental Management Systems, occupational health and safety, chemical regulations (Laws, SDS, GHS), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Competencies: Effective in listening, instruction-giving, reporting to department heads, and implementing improvement plans.
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a cooperative and collaborative personality.
• Others: Typically works weekdays during day shifts, may work on holidays, and may work in a cleanroom environment.
