Role Descriptions: Sales Manager
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Make data-driven decisions to adjust sales strategies and achieve sales targets
2. Identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies for increasing sales, and make data-driven decisions.
3. Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
4. Help in marketing aspect such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and online booking systems and will be able to leverage these tools to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
5. Master techniques for building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
6. Accurately record-keeping of appointments, cancellations and reschedules.
Competencies:
1. Master sales techniques such as suggestive selling, cross-selling, and upselling which is essential for maximizing revenue and increasing average check size.
2. Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics
3. Have an effective communication skills, both verbal and written for interacting with customers, leading sales teams, and collaborating with other t staff.
4. Familiarity on digital marketing tools and platforms used to promote spa services.
5. Have consultative selling, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable products or services
6. Coordinate service appointments, allocate staff resources, and optimize scheduling for maximum efficiency.
