Job Scope:
- Manage daily operations
- Arrange front-of-house (FOH) staff schedule
- Manage the inventory and monthly stock take of all drinks and other necessary stock
- Hiring of any new FOH staff required
- Banking in of daily sales
- Assist in serving and taking orders
- Ensuring that customers are taken care of.
- Ensuring that kitchen presents and serves food as according to standards of the Company
- Other duties to be briefed during interview etc.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-2 years in supervisory or managing a cafe.
- Have a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Works well with team mates.
