Your main responsibilities include:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
- Assist with the timely preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with audits including handling of queries.
- Liaise with bank, overseas agents, and the China Office. You must be fluent in English and Chinese.
- Work closely with and provide cover for the Accountant.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement in the section's processes and procedures.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- At least 1 year experience in accounting work is a plus.
