We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and develop strategies to increase market share in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record in the construction industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy to meet the company objectives and achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in both existing and new markets
- Developing positive and strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively. Providing solutions and support to clients as needed.
- Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to achieve long-term success.
Ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and analysis on the status of accounts and transactions regularly. Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
- No minimum educational qualifications.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and negotiation in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
