Job Description:
Courier Delivery Rider is responsible for efficiently transporting goods and packages from one location to another using motorcycle. This role requires strong time management skills, and the ability to navigate through traffic and various terrains. Most importantly, strong customer service, there will be high degree of engagement with customers and what we deliver is quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Supervisor (Rider), your job responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Collection and delivery of small parcels below 3 kg / documents
2) Route planning for assigned jobs for the day
3) Our areas are usually clustered, but clusters will be rotated around from time to time.
4) Working Hours
a. Mon to Friday – 8.30am to 6.30pm
2 SHIFTS – 11.00AM to 9.00.PM
5) Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
1) Possess Class 2B valid driving license.
2) Possess own motorbike with box.
3) Valid commercial motorcycle insurance.
4) Familiar with Singapore road.
5) Familiar with using mobile application for job assignment, POD etc.
6) Customer service oriented, good working attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.
