Location: One-North
Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 2,600 per month
What you will be working on?
• Review and edit high volume of submissions to Institutional Open Access Repository and research publications based on relevance, compliance and integrity
• Assist in tracking and managing e-journals subscriptions, access and data analytics
• Support and coordinate in activities for the research office e.g. scientific conference, events management, programme development and marketing, and various engagements
• Assist in procurement matters
• Perform other duties and administrative functions as assigned by Reporting Officer
What are we looking for?
• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience in scientific publications and events planning is advantageous
