Sales Manager

Emgenius Pte. Ltd.

This position reports to the Director. The Sales Manager oversees the company's sales team to ensure they meet targets and objectives. The Manager also recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives, set sales goals, develop strategies to achieve those goals, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction. Job Description

Individual to be involved in:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the repair and maintenance sector for computer hardware, data processing equipment, and computer peripherals.
2. Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing potential clients within the target market, including businesses in need of repair services or equipment upgrades.
3. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings, facilitating smooth sales processes.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge, especially in the dynamic fields of fire protection and security alarm systems installation.
5. Provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
6. Analyze sales performance metrics and financial data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth in both repair and maintenance services and installation projects.

5. Collaborate across teams to ensure sales strategies align with customer requirements and product offerings.
6. Analyze sales metrics and financial data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
