This role is Open for Freshers
Familiar with raising of service tickets, dealing with incidents, will contact to coordinate or liaise with technical IT / relevant team and ask them attend to users so more of a middle man / coordination
Service Request JD
- Raise incidents, service request and change request for related IT service and Mobile devices,
- and its reporting
- Undertake change coordinator role to route Incidents/SR/CR to relevant parties
- Follow-up of Incidents/SR/CR raised till closure
- Renew and update maintenance and service contracts info
- Identify and apply measures to ensure appropriate actions are taken during onboarding and off
- boarding process of users
- Perform review of user accounts reports and submission
- Consolidate data for security report submission
- Provide ad-hoc report when required
- Manage VoIP admin matters like assigning extension numbers
- Respond promptly to requests raised by requestors
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties, including service desk and liaising with
- hardware vendors
