Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Enrichment Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of educational and recreational activities designed to enrich the learning experience of our students. This position offers flexible working hours of up to 5 hours per day, with a required minimum of 5 working days per week. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging enrichment programs and activities that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
Create lesson plans and instructional materials that are tailored to the diverse needs and interests of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each student’s success.
Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to create a comprehensive support system for students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education and enrichment programs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Flexibility to work up to 5 hours per day, with a minimum of 5 working days per week.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in teaching or a related field. (optional)
Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning. (optional)
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Creativity and enthusiasm for working with children.
Training Provided:
No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
