- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns, including digital, traditional media, and public relations, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance across all channels, providing insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Oversee the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Create engaging content, including text, images, videos, infographics, press releases, newsletters, brochures, and flyers, to foster audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise digital content for search engines and increase organic visibility.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Analyse email campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements for better results.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and social media ads, to increase brand exposure and generate leads.
- Coordinate and manage traditional marketing campaigns, including print, radio, and television advertisements.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, manage media inquiries, and ensure positive coverage of the company.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials.
- Coordinate and manage press conferences, media briefings, and interviews.
- Track and analyse media coverage, providing reports on Public Relations performance and effectiveness.
- Develop marketing collateral that adheres to the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts, providing regular reports to track progress and measure campaign success.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to optimise marketing performance.
- Support any other marketing initiatives as assigned by the head of the department.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing and public relations campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in creative content creation/copywriting and managing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications, Canva and CapCut would be advantageous.
- Experience handling MailChimp or other marketing automation platforms and WordPress.
- Creative thinker who is passionate about staying up to date with industry trends.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience in digital and offline/print marketing channels.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and other stakeholders.
