The Role:
· Working with customers on inquiries, execution of customer orders timely and effectively, handling of stock allocation as well as processing of delivery orders and invoices.
· Handle any claims received from customers.
· Working closely with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers.
· Maintaining of organized keeping and filing of import or export documents.
· General administrative duties.
· Knowledge of Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, Import/Export procedures documentation will be advantageous.
· Experience in Customer Service and/or sales coordination or related jobscope.
