1. Job Purpose
Responsible for collecting payment from customers and handling enquiries about retail products. Ensure retail area is optimally ready for business.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)
2.1.1 Complete daily assigned task and be punctual at work.
2.1.2 Process billing accurately and efficiently.
2.1.3 Top up retail products into the shelves in the retail area. Ensure products are arranged on the shelves according to the Standard Merchandising Guideline.
2.1.4 Price products accurately for sale at the retail pharmacy.
2.1.5 Handle customer enquiries relating to retail products professionally, according to the Care Service Standard.
2.1.6 Responsible for the management of inventory.
2.1.7 Responsible for the proper merchandising and conditions of the products.
2.1.8 Responsible to complete yearly training target (40 hours).
2.2 Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and areas where retail products are stored.
2. Monitor the expiry dates and the inventory stock level of retail products in the pharmacy.
3. Responsible for weekly order of surgical items from Material Management Department (MMD).
4. Participate in projects and others task assigned by supervisor.

3. Job Specification/Requirements
3.1 Minimum Education: GCE’O’ level and above.
3.2 Possess good customer skills.
3.3 Able to understand and use the in-house computer programmes.
3.4 Able to function effectively as a member of a team.
3.5 Able to reflect his/her ability in making sensible judgement through his/her daily work.
3.6 Able to reflect his/her team work spirit, appropriate attitude through his/her daily interaction with people.
3.7 Minimum 3 years working experience in retail trade.
