We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Communication Executive who will be responsible for driving our marketing communication strategy and initiatives across Asia Pacific. You will play a critical role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can take ownership of projects, prioritize tasks, and manage their workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional marketing communication plan.
- Create and maintain brand-consistent communication materials (press releases, social media, website content, brochures, merchandise).
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from announcement to sales.
- Collaborate with agencies for culturally resonant social media content strategies.
- Use social media analytics to measure and improve performance and ROI.
- Plan and execute PR for new product launches.
- Coordinate projects with cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage relationships with influencers and company Creators for data-driven campaigns.
- Build and engage a community of brand loyalists across social media and company’s database.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts.
- Oversee department product demo and samples inventory, including quarterly audits.
- Optimize stock control processes.
- Manage asset collation and dissemination, ensuring confidentiality and information control.
- Lead cross-functional regional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication of business goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or relevant Communications program.
- 7 years of working experience in consumer industry and at least 4 years in an MNC environment.
- Experience in intercultural communication and building rapport with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing different digital platform functions and operations. Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with regional teams.
- Contribute and build an integrated communication framework between the various portfolios and cross-collaborative functions with other departments and local teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite.
