Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue.
- Marketing:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events and concerts.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract target audiences.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage the company's online presence and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Event Coordination:Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events and concerts.
Assist in the development of event concepts and themes that align with market trends and audience preferences.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Customer Relationship Management:Maintain a customer database and track interactions using CRM software.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
