Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our events and concerts, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue.
  2. Marketing:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events and concerts.
    Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
    Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract target audiences.
    Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    Manage the company's online presence and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  3. Event Coordination:Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events and concerts.
    Assist in the development of event concepts and themes that align with market trends and audience preferences.
    Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all event requirements are met.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:Maintain a customer database and track interactions using CRM software.
    Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
    Gather feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
