Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy, Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the logistics sector.
- Client Acquisition, Identify and acquire new clients, maintaining strong relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Market Research, Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Sales Presentations, Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Team Management, Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
- Performance Tracking, Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Service, Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Assistant Sales Manager in the logistics & Transport industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
