Job Description
- Draft carpentry and design drawings using 3D tools or hand sketch knowledge is good
- Able to understand basic design concepts and perspective angles
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Assist Administrative Manager on work related items
Qualifications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup and other 3D softwares
