Full spectrum of Leasing exp to the retail of shopping mall.
- Possess a Valid CEA License
- 3 to 5 yrs relevant leasing for retail exp
- Site GTO sales experience
- Knowledge of the Code Of Conduct (COC) for Leasing (Retail)
- Involved in the preparation of Legal tenancy contract
- Sound Knowledge of Property Tax
- Knowledge and experience in Rent Roll /Budgeting
- Prepare the Leasing report
- Tenancy management
Requirements:
1. Diploma /Degree in Estate /Property Management
2. A Valid CEA License with a proven track record.
3. Well-versed in MS Office.
4. Proficiency in communication and writing skills.
