We are looking for Hospitality Focused Senior Architectural Designers (Technical)
Architectural Designers at this studio are typically involved in:
- developing architectural solutions from Schematic level through construction documentation
- design development utilizing software such as 2D/3D software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
- ability to comprehend/review construction documents
- assist with Design Development and Tender/Construction Documents from original conceptual sketches
- 20 Days Annual Leave
Qualifications:
- min. 5-8 years professional experience in a similar capacity.
- Diplomas or Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work well with a team
- Skill with AutoCAD, Indesign, Photoshop, SketchUp. Lumion is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills
