Roles & Responsibilities
- coordination and supervision of workers (Fully understand Architect, Structural, M&E)
- handle multiper project at the same time
- experience in handle re-build / A&A project for private residence, apartment, factory
- provide schedules for workers
- assign tasks to construction laborers
- liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.
- attend neighbor complain, site meeting
- organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
- responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
- keeping detailed records of construction site activities
- involve in the site works and progress including site meeting
- Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers
- Lead workers to carry out structural work (concrete/rebar/formwork)
- Carry out inspection and casting
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks
- attending authority department if needed
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Min 3 years relevant working experience
- Must understand read of Architect, Structural & M&E drawings
- Strong planning, organizing and project management skill
- Strong leadership skills and able to handle few projects
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Can work independent, self motivated
- Class 3 licens
