Job Summary
We are looking for a Aternity / EX Tool developer in Singapore who can design, develop, and implement solutions specially integrating to the service now platform. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining workflows, integrations, custom applications, and reports using best practices. You will also troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide technical support, and collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Aternity solutions to meet business requirements and IT objectives.
- Customize Aternity dashboards, reports, and alerts based on specific use cases and performance metrics
- Integrate with external systems and applications like Service Now and others using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Develop and manage integrations between Aternity and other enterprise systems and applications.
- Design and develop custom scripts and automation solutions to enhance Aternity functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Aternity and integrated systems.
- Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
- Perform unit testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues and incidents.
- Document and maintain design specifications, configuration, and code.
- Stay updated with the latest features, releases, and best practices.
- Work with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Adhere to service now coding standards, security policies, and performance guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from a recognized university in Singapore.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Technical Developer with a focus on Aternity.
- Experience with other IT monitoring and performance management solutions such as Nexthink is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Aternity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Aternity platform features, functionalities, and configuration.
- Experience in Aternity reporting and analytics using performance analytics, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience in Aternity Query and Dashboard configuration
- Proficiency in integrating Aternity with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Nexthink or similar IT monitoring tools, including their setup and customization.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from Aternity and other monitoring tools.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Aternity and integrated systems.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
