We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the project management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Single point of contact and manage day-to-day client interaction
· Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
· Be commercially oriented and maintain customer satisfaction for future sales
· Understand sales contracts and manage the contract term & conditions throughout the project
· Prepare schedules for all projects activities and track project milestones
· Manage project deliverables and identify dependencies on critical path
· Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
· Proactively manage changes in project scope and issue variation order requests
· Participate in internal project review meetings and externally client review meetings
· Prepare internal purchase orders in ERP-system and issue to relevant departments
· Liaise with finance department regarding invoicing and unpaid invoices
· Liaise with technical department regarding product requirements
· Liaise with service department regarding commissioning and onboard activities
· Liaise with logistic department regarding shipping and incoterms
· Liaise with production department regarding schedules and deliveries
· Participate in final acceptance test and follow up on punch-list or non-conformity
· Prepare technical documentation, procedures, drawings, and issue final documentation
· Ensure project documents are complete, up to date and stored in project database
· Manage any non-conformity or customer claim within warranty period
· Close out the project budgets and agree on accruals if any, with financial department

· You are technically well versed and have an interest in industry trends and regulations.
· You preferably have worked for at least 2 years in the same role or similar function have an interest.
· You preferably have prior experience in marine & offshore, oil & gas or energy sector.
Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates may be considered commensurating their attitude or experience.
