- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Identifies and mitigates technical risks, ensuring the technical integrity of the project.
- Acts as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Ensures the technical quality of deliverables, including adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
