Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of our mental wellness services within the private clinic sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for mental health and wellness, and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.


Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our mental wellness services within the private clinic sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with established targets, including partnerships, collaborations, and referral networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the mental wellness sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the clinical teams to develop and promote new services and programmes.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent TOUCH Wellness Group and build industry connections.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the mental wellness field and incorporate relevant trends and best practices into business development activities.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare or mental wellness sector.
  • Strong understanding of the mental wellness landscape and the unique challenges and opportunities within the private clinic setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
