Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities
- You will liaise closely to the Project Managers on workplace safety, health to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
- Develop, implement and monitor company EHS Programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conducts regular site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
- Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Conduct monthly Safety committee meetings.
- Continous improvement on EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management standards
- Review and maintain site's environmental, health and safety records.
- Carry out training to all workers, staff and site personnel on EHS
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Environmental, Health and Safety or relevant courses
- Must be registered WSHO with MOM.
- Mininum 2 years relevant working experience in a construction industry.
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Able to communicate with people of all levels
- Willing to work beyond working hours when required
