Responsibilities:
- Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-ups
- Manage and coordinate the design, installation, testing, and commissioning activity, including coordination with all stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders to monitor and update the program and work schedules
- Prepare project summary reports for progress reporting
- Manage the administrative activities of the project, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting records, preparing the presentation material, and drafting letters for issuance.
Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant project management experience in Rail Electrical & Mechanical systems
- Relevant experience in Automatic Fare Collection system and Fibre Optic ring network project will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows;
- Able to collaborate and work in a team
- Open to working nighttime hours when required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- travel regularly between office and sites.
- Willing to travel frequently between the office and various sites as required
