- Multi Modal Biometrics (face, fingerprint, iris)
- Key Installation Protection (military bases, army camps, protected buildings, secured facilities)
- Vehicle Access Control (2FA, biometric authentication, vehicle barrier, digital I/O, relays, industrial automation)
- Personal Access Control (autogates, turnstiles, registration kiosks, biometric authentication)
- Border Management including Automated Gates/Kiosks
- Mobile Digital ID

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership in the project team so that the team can work towards a common goal so that we can deliver the projects on time and within budget
- Formulate strategies with the project team to engage the customers and partners to achieve win-win outcomes
- Coach and manage project managers and teams so that they can perform their tasks better as a united team
- Plan and manage project delivery, including resource coordination, both internally and from external 3rd party vendors
- Manage changes and risks in project by mitigating or eliminating them
- Manage relationships with customers and 3rdparty vendors involved in project delivery
- Provide project status reports to customers and internal management at regular intervals (usually monthly) during project implementation
- Monitor project performance and identify areas of improvement
PRE-REQUISITES
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Good supervisory, planning and management skills
- Good inter-personal, verbal and written communications skills
- At least ten (10) years of working experience, of which a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the development and implementation of large-scale turnkey projects
- A proven track record of having successfully provided implementation and/or consultancy services for at least one project within the last five (5) years
- At least 2 years of experience in the role as a Senior Project Manager, or similar capacity
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification will be preferred
- Scrum Master certification or experience with running agile projects will be preferred
- Experience in government IT projects, especially in MHA, will be advantageous
- Experience in IT projects with civil works involvement will be advantageous
