Job Description:
Our client is a Plant Engineering company, and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and develop new businesses
- Collect client's and investment information then share it within the company
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Oversee sales team in various sales activities
- Instructing and development of subordinates
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports
- Build and maintain good client relationships through regular and effective communications
- Communicate and respond to queries and requirements
- Review client requirements against company’s resources and capabilities
- Perform contract review to ensure requirements are in line with quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents / information are sufficient for production and delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales work experience within the Petrochemical or Chemical Plant industry.
- Possess strong leadership capabilities, experience managing a team is a plus.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle clients
- Experience negotiating prices with customers' / clients' to receive orders
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Person who is initiative, independent, and also a team player
