Role
As our People & Culture Business Partner Enterprise, you will serve as a strategic business leader and People & Culture partner for Diagnostics Asia Pacific (Dia APAC). As a member of the Dia APAC leadership team, you will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the long-term strategic direction of Dia APAC. More specifically, in this position you will bring People & Culture (P&C) expertise and translate business priorities into P&C needs.
Applying system thinking and partnership across the whole P&C model to diagnose, prioritize, initiate, sponsor and drive holistic P&C solutions at enterprise, divisional and organizational levels - extending their impact beyond just the organization they support, but for the whole division and Roche Group.
In addition to being a member of the Dia APAC Leadership Team, you will also be a key and influential member of the Business Partnering Enabling Team (BPET) and the Diagnostics People & Culture Enabling Team (Dia PCET).
Business Acumen
- Translates the business vision and P&C goals into actionable projects and initiatives with clear goals and milestones that bring the most impact.
- Utilizes knowledge of the organization and the external environment to effectively diagnose complex issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends and benchmarks to drive informed decision-making.
Leadership
- Provides key leadership in complex P&C and leadership needs for the Division, P&C function and Roche Group overall to make sense of the complexity and bring clarity to the path forward.
- Operates at the same level than the Diagnostics Leadership Team (DLT) member they partner with
- Sees the unlocking moves and can architect holistically and strategically, connecting P&C expertise and solutions with the business need.
- Serves as a strategic sparring partner and coach, fostering VACC leadership and aligning with Roche's leadership framework.
- Influences and coaches business leaders and other P&C professionals to drive positive impact.
Strategic P&C Insights and Innovation
- Leverages technology to gather insights, research, metrics, and benchmarks to make informed decisions and recommend innovative solutions.
Who you are
You’re a seasoned P&C professional with demonstrated experience in shaping P&C strategies across diverse business areas and partnering with senior leaders. Moreover you have/bring:
- Experience and passion in building a diverse, inclusive and high-performing organization
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and across the complexity of multiple business areas and global teams
- Strong influencing, communication, and facilitation skills.
