Job Description:
- Assist with coordination work, tracking and analysis of progress and outcome.
- Oversee research, data collection and development of shared measurement indicators.
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with community partners, coordinating activities, and aligning strategies with collective partners.
- Ensuring strategic coherence by addressing implementation challenges and supporting programme team and partner organizations.
- Facilitating communication between initiative partners, planning and managing stakeholder engagements, and creating summary reports of progress.
- Coordinating measurement indicator refinement, ensuring partners are aware of targets, and overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Degree in Social Work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
