Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational aspects of a project and scope, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities so as to ensure timely project completion and adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, ensure completion of project documents and reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clients for project effectiveness.
- Apply project methodology effectively and enforce project standards so as to ensure compliance to project requirements.
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, manage project budget, analyse project bill rates and utilization so as to meet project financial targets.
- Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, monitors receivables for project and follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoice to ensure project profitability.
- Identify business development and sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project so as to enhance project revenue.
- Hold regular status meetings with project team and clients as well as communicate relevant project information to superiors in order to ensure smooth information flow.
- Set and manage clients’ expectations as well as grow long-term relationships with clients in order to identify clients’ needs and create business opportunities.
Requirement:
- Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Prefer to have at least 10 years of relevant working experience and experience in construction of storage tank, tankage and / or piping is required.
- Willing to work 5.5 days work week and at the project site.
- Able to work under demanding condition during project and as a team and individual independently.
- Possess good leadership and organizing abilities.
