Job Responsibility:
- Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation)
- Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner.
- Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
- Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
- Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves.
- Monthly payroll processing
- Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
- Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
- Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Meticulous
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Familiarity with related labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc...)
The ideal candidate would be:
- A team player with excellent communication skills and who enjoy or are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A fast learner with a can do attitude
- Someone who want to do meaningful work, eager to learn, and want to make a difference in the company
- If you have a background in F&B Operations or have worked in F&B before, that would be highly advantageous.
